Tobacco Cessation Classes

Kick the habit with the help of an experienced, certified expert at our upcoming Freedom From Smoking classes offered through HealthTracks!

*Each session runs for approximately two months. Most classes will meet on Tuesdays, and classes are generally two hours in length. However, two classes are sometimes scheduled in one week (TBA). HealthTracks is located on the lower level of the Jane Woodruff Medical Building on the campus of Highlands-Cashiers Hospital (located on US 64 between Highlands and Cashiers).

The course is taught by Terri Cooper, RT, a smoking cessation facilitator who is certified by the American Lung Association.
