Qualifying employees become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.

Available to employees working 32 hrs or more per week:

• Medical coverage through Blue Cross & Blue Shield Blue Options PPO. Employee contribution per 2-week pay period::

  Individuals only -- $12.50
  With spouse only-- $151.45
  With children only -- $66.69
  With entire family -- $214.97

• Life Insurance equal to one year's salary (additional available at employee's option)
• Paid Time Off
• Retirement 403(b) (after 1/2 years of employment, HCH contributes up to 3% of salary)

  Employees can opt out of benefits in exchange for a 20% increase in pay.
