Debra A. Wagner, MD, opened practice in women's health in May 2, 2005, as part of Wagner Medical Assoc.
Certified
by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Diplomate
of the National
Board of Medical Examiners,
much of Dr. Debra Wagner’s career -- more than 20 years,
has focused on women’s health. She received
her degree in medicine from the University of Florida College
of Medicine in Gainesville, FL, in 1985 and completed both
her internship and residency in internal medicine at Brown
University’s Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She
also completed a one year residency in pathology.
She
has been a clinical instructor at Brown,
a physician advisor to Aetna Health Plans, a medical consultant
to the
Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, and a guest lecturer
at both Brown University and Rhode Island University. She
has also authored numerous articles and given presentations
on
a wide variety of topics concerning women’s health.
She
is a member of the American College of Physicians,
and the American Medical Women’s
Association.
