There are many ways to support quality health care for our communities. Every contribution, no matter the size, is not only appreciated, but can play an important role in helping the Foundation meet the health care needs of our communities.

Donation By Cash Or Check -- As easy as writing a check and generates a deduction for a charitable donation.

Honorariums & Memorials To Loved Ones -- As easy as writing a check and generates a deduction for a charitable donation.

Gift of Life Insurance Benefit --An income tax deduction for the approximate cash value of the policy.

Gift of Real Estate --The appraised fair market value of the gift generates an income tax deduction and eliminates capital gains taxes on the appreciated portion of the gift.

Gifts Of Appreciated Stock -- An income tax deduction for the value of the stock upon transfer and elimination of capital gains taxes on the appreciated portion of the gift.

A Bequest Through A Will Or Trust -- A simple method to provide future support for the Foundation.

Charitable Remainder Trust -- Provides lifetime income while generating a current income tax deduction eliminating capital gains taxes on the appreciated portion of the gift.

Gift Annuity -- Provides a fixed guaranteed lifetime income to the donor and/or beneficiary. The donor receives an immediate income tax deduction.
